Yea, this isn’t traditional Rally but this kind is not very common even in America. Rally America does traditional rallies except all in the United States so there is limited places to Rally.

well, no actualy. These drivers compete in Rally America dont they? This isn’t rallycross either, this is a superspecial showcase event.
Now traditional rallying is being ruined by all this american ‘action sport’ attitude (the Colin Mcrae series of games has been soiled on by this X Games IMO)

I totally agree. colin was and is a legend. travis i give credit to. but this video, is just pathetic in my eyes. True WRC drivers (as may stated above) would crap on these guys. These are just guys with big pockets and time. No talent. Colin had talent.

This is Rally Cross not Rally like Solberg, Hirvonnen, or McRae specialized in. McRae raced Travis Pastrana and Travis beat him at Xgames so get your facts in line.

I know im gonna get completely nailed by all the ‘duuuudes’ but, as much as I love this event, there isnt any emmaculate talent in the feild. Pastrana is talented, no doubt about that, but im sure the likes of Sebastien Loeb, Mikko Hirvonnen and Petter Solberg would easily beat them. All respects to Pastrana though, Im a great fan of his, he did the McRae Stages Rally in Scotland not too far from where I live to pay tribute to the legend. The ‘action sport’ version of rallying in the US is lol
