Karate gotta respect it, .when i leave school i want to do something similar to the guys in this video travel and sample different fighting styles from all over the world, and i mean all over the world . find different fighting techniques , training and conditioning methods and create my own style of MMA training

  2. 1holybladex Says:

the only reason i learn karate is casue im japanese and i have fun

  3. Coads26 Says:

I liked some of the comments on this page. There is no best art. There just is martial arts. Anyone who has true respect for the martial arts wouldn’t be on here bashing arts. Learning any martial art benefits you more then not learning it. Or just being ignorant and saying bad things about one thing or the other. There are two main factors to learning martial arts. Having a good teacher, and what you take from those teachings. That makes the fighter.

  4. BARSZ12 Says:

Yah, a comments page with intelligence and respect, unlike some other pages, full of asshole haters, rednecks, fucktards, closet rascists etc you name it.This is a page of champions. There arn’t enough of you guys.

  5. CakeMace Says:

    What?

thats just plane stupid thing to say!

all martial arts have their strengths and weaknesses

compared to most martial arts, krav maga is probably one of the most impractical and unrealistic arts there is, but it does have its strengths like say the speed of some of the strikes

  6. CakeMace Says:

    so true

  7. spinkicker43 Says:

    Idiots…
all of you that say one martail art is better then the other disgust me

I am not into karate but i did alote of martial arts and I learned about when you talk crap like saying
    “OH THIS IS BETTER!!!”
then get your ass kciked and raped
respect to all arts and your a real fighter

  8. Lukeclout Says:

Krav Maga is also better and useful,

  9. Lukeclout Says:

u misunderstood, i am sayin that real life unarmed combat requires realistic combat, aikido may seem useless but once u get tha hack of it its much powerful than karate.

  10. lococavasa Says:

So are you saying that its cool to kill people? Im not going to argue styles but just remeber that your own words can be used against you a sharp knife cuts bolth ways no one is invincible to death rember that. I dont think that what your saying has a moral concept to it. Why is it inportant that a spec ops can kill a karate guy? O yeah thats so cool. Dont over excert yourself with pride.

  11. pogs1982 Says:

wait every body all martial art are nothing if the person had study it all even those vital point thing on the body and with the heart to never give up to show he/she learn hard so never say never give up.
But gunslinger are extra art form and very expensive to maintain.

  12. ClearedToLand7 Says:

Anyone who is aggrogant enough to say “my fighting style is better than yours” is truly missing the plot of what martial arts stands for. You need to understand that it’s not just the style but the individual who delivers it. Otherwise you would have every karate student beating everyone in the world who doesn’t practice karate, or kung fu or whatever! Get some logic ppl! Besides, you can’t move faster than a 5.56mm round traveling at 940m/s muzzle velocity.

  13. darkestmerc Says:

Dude… Akito is more about calmness and waiting for the moment to strike. Karate is agressive and more about not giving the opponent that time to strike. They are very different, but equal. You are retarded, just because you believe Spec Ops know aikido doesnt straight forward mean its better then anything. I donno about Spec Ops but I know police officers in Canada at least learn Aikido due to its effectiveness of rendering the opponent unmovable. Not because its superior.

  14. alrom4hn Says:

i m agree. also people who whink martial arts are only for survives the street life are stupids! They never understand the values of martial arts. MMA exists because of karate, muay thai, aikido, etc exists before. And i m agree, about way of life because karate it’s mine! And I love MMA too… See Lyoto Machida fighting, TRADITIONAL KARATE in the cage!

    noc noc…

  16. Drago19930713 Says:

    Dont make me laugh ….

  17. Drago19930713 Says:

Yee , yee , you probably know aikido very well and you learn it all your life…

  18. Lukeclout Says:

karate is bloody useless, aikido r the true style of unarmed combat used by spec ops forces. You get an ex spec op soldier and a karate black belt, the spec op would kill that karate guy in seconds. watch aikido vs karate and u’ll see which ones a sport and which ones unarmed combat

  19. occult38 Says:

I’m so bored earing such bullshit, go and see a karate teacher, fight him and he will destroy you; now go and see a muay thai teacher, fight him and he will destroy you.
Now, put these two teacher against 4 strong dude with metal stick, and they will be destroyed. Both.
I’m sick of redneck saying “this vid is shit, only MMA can make you survive”; any fighting style can be usefull in different degree; but never forget that, more than a fighting sport, some martial art are also a way of life.

  20. egorych Says:

7th Dan in Karate should be called not ’sensei’ but ’shihan’

  21. uj555 Says:

mostly depending on the person ofc; the person’s talents and amount of time spend on training is much more important than the martial art style

  22. iamdanigga Says:

im geussing you’ve never done karate dont dis my fighting style im a blue belt at kyokushin karate you’d be surprised at how much a body blow would hurt you

  23. goldfinger123 Says:

Karate is not an efficient Martial Art; the most efficients are : Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
